Learning & Development Specialist - Remote for IKEA Thailand

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our team remotely for IKEA Thailand. In this role, you will support all IKEA stores in developing and implementing learning strategies that empower co-workers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Learning & Development Specialist remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills to enhance performance and meet business goals.

What You'll Do

• Foster a lifelong learning culture by leading by example and driving measurable behavioral improvements.
• Collaborate with various development tools and regularly review actions to ensure employees align with job profiles.
• Partner with HR teams and managers across different locations to deliver on the learning agenda.
• Develop and facilitate learning solutions, including digital ones, and provide field coaching.
• Monitor how learning initiatives improve sales and productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a presence at all IKEA stores and service office locations to support L&D initiatives.
• Focus on foundational learning programs to ensure strong competency levels within the organization.
• Manage digital training records and ensure compliance with local government legislation regarding training and development.
