About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Learning Design Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop online courses and training materials that meet the needs of our diverse audience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop high-quality e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of learning objectives with business goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course offerings.
  • Utilize data analysis to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support the implementation of new learning strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Learning Design Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in finance or related fields.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing processes.
