About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Learning and Development Manager remote to design and develop engaging learning collateral and materials for a company in large-scale B2B Exhibitions. Join our ambitious team at Tahaluf, the largest B2B live and on-demand events organizer in Saudi Arabia, and make an impact in the events sector.

What You'll Do

  • Create and design high-quality learning materials and collateral.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate expertise into learning content.
  • Develop processes, policies, and procedures in partnership with the business.
  • Build and deliver a train-the-trainer program to prepare internal facilitators.
  • Provide facilitation guidance, coaching, and support to subject matter experts for training delivery.
  • Ensure training methods are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage an End-to-End launch project to execution.
  • Talent Management: Mapping out Competencies & Identifying training development plans.
  • Stakeholders' Management.
  • Manage the entire processes of training curriculum.

Requirements

  • Saudi National.
  • Overall 7-8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Learning and Development.
  • Familiar with multiple learning management systems.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and learning content development.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to build training programs.
  • Experience in process and policy development.
  • Experience in facilitation.
  • Knowledge of exhibition management or related fields is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in large-scale B2B events.
  • Familiarity with the latest learning technologies.
