About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Retirement Business Systems Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in the retirement and pension domain to drive business processes and ensure effective implementation of retirement systems. As a key player in our organization, you will work independently and collaborate with various teams to gather and document business requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end processing and implementation of retirement business processes.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation and document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Perform business testing and functional checkouts to validate requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers, developers, and testers to ensure alignment on business requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement walkthroughs with various teams to ensure clarity and understanding.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the retirement domain.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in retirement transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIS products such as OmniPlus, OmniScript, and Omni Admin Web.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business requirements effectively.
  • Experience in business testing and functional checkouts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with migration and upgrade projects in the retirement domain.
  • Familiarity with requirement elicitation techniques.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping.
