About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager - Exchange to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive product initiatives from inception to execution, impacting the way we deal with money globally. As a Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to ship remarkable features and products that redefine the trading experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, plan, execute, and maintain the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap, focusing on building a best-in-class trading UX/UI for institutional traders.
  • Define features and product outcomes by documenting product specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide product outcome direction and develop technical solutions.
  • Manage the roadmap backlog and ensure timely shipping of products and features.
  • Engage with business and sales teams to facilitate user studies and gather product feedback.
  • Prioritize initiatives effectively, weighing necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes.
  • Stay updated on market and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Represent the product domain in communications with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of product management experience, preferably in exchange, institutional trading, or prime brokerage platforms.
  • A data-informed work style with a user-centric approach.
  • Experience in shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative in producing results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, QA, and marketing teams.
  • Open to learning new concepts and applying them effectively.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts is preferred.

  • Experience in the crypto or financial technology sector.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
