What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial planning with business needs.
• Supervise and mentor finance support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling and forecasting to guide investment decisions.
• Utilize tools such as QuickBooks Online, Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Support capital allocation decisions to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools to present financial data effectively.
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work asynchronously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
