About the Role

Join Veeam as a Lead Account Executive, Enterprise, where you will have the opportunity to drive enterprise sales and make a significant impact in the data resilience market. This Lead Account Executive remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK while managing key FTSE 100 & 250 customers and hunting for new enterprise accounts. You will be instrumental in helping businesses control their data through innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with existing customers to understand their corporate objectives and technology initiatives, demonstrating how Veeam can enhance their data resilience.
  • Conduct detailed discovery meetings with a hunter mindset, ensuring alignment with customer challenges and timelines.
  • Develop a structured approach to personal pipeline generation, navigating customer organizations through multi-persona campaigns and outreach.
  • Utilize solution selling techniques to expand existing customer relationships while focusing on acquiring new clients.
  • Maintain accountability for accurate weekly forecasting and detailed account/opportunity management in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of acquiring new logos and exceeding quotas.
  • Established relationships within top-tier enterprise accounts and the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
  • Strong consultative sales skills that yield results.
  • A structured approach to pipeline generation and opportunity progression.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, including Cloud/SaaS migration and AI, is highly relevant.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in working with channel partners.
  • Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies and total cost of ownership (TCO) considerations.
