About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated L4 ICV Sales Manager to join our team at Bajaj Auto. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your sales expertise while managing a frontline sales team. You will play a crucial role in increasing market share and driving sales performance in the automotive sector.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of frontline sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase penetration in the market.
- Ensure the sale of finance schemes to customers through effective team management.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with dealers and frontline sales teams.
- Resolve escalated issues from the sales team and dealers efficiently.
- Coordinate with the training team to enhance the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct interviews and select DMAs/CSMs for the sales team.
- Provide regular updates to RMs regarding targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Financial Services, Banking, FMCG, or NBFC.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to analyze reports and take corrective actions.
