Key Leader - Retail Management for Lululemon

About the Role

We are seeking a Key Leader to join our team at Lululemon in Bath, United Kingdom. This remote Key Leader position is essential for driving sales and enhancing the guest experience in our retail environment. As a Key Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our salesfloor team members and ensuring that every guest receives an outstanding experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example and provide support to Educators, ensuring a great guest experience.
• Oversee all operations of the retail floor, adapting to daily business challenges.
• Utilize key performance indicators to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering an environment of growth and development.
• Resolve guest feedback and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage product presentation and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Open and close the store according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the UK and be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to move through the store and assist guests throughout your shift.
• Experience in creating an inclusive and diverse environment.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
