About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Digital Media Management (DMM). As a Junior Social Media Manager remote, you will be responsible for creating and managing innovative and engaging social media campaigns for our TV & Streaming division. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and growing environment where your creativity will thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative strategies.
  • Post content to all social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Reddit.
  • Facilitate community management by engaging with audiences on all social media channels.
  • Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign.
  • Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed for diverse audiences.
  • Administer reporting and analytics to measure campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Experience working within the social media space, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with social campaigns in entertainment or TV.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with analytics tools for social media.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through social media.
