What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with other trainers to develop new training concepts and materials.

  • Participate in the planning of early assignments and long-term collaborations.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent education.
  • Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification if not already certified.
  • Experience in adult education, ideally in funded programs.
  • Current continuing education certificates.
  • Passion for teaching with strong pedagogical and didactic competence.
