About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch technical support and assistance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Windows 10/11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. What You'll Do

  • Provide 2nd level support for Windows and MacOS systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune for device management.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and create user guides to enhance the support experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline support processes and improve service delivery.
  • Assist in QA testing and design compliance testing to ensure high-quality support services.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and technical support in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Linux systems.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Figma and InDesign.
  • Background in project management or product management.
