About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bending Spoons. This remote position offers an exceptional opportunity to support our team members, known as Spooners, in their day-to-day IT needs. As an IT Support Specialist, you will resolve helpdesk requests related to hardware, software, and SaaS tools, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to Spooners, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Lead the integration of IT stacks from newly acquired companies into a centralized ecosystem.
• Maintain the office IT infrastructure, including networking and access control systems.
• Manage hardware and software onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with technical support for live events, ensuring flawless execution.

Requirements

• Strong reasoning ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
• Ambitious drive and a high standard of responsibility for your work.
• Excellent team spirit, supporting colleagues and collaborating effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the IT & Network Engineering field.
