About the Role

We're hiring an IT Infrastructure Technician to join our dynamic team at Bending Spoons. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in IT while working remotely. As an IT Infrastructure Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Support Spooners with day-to-day IT needs, resolving helpdesk requests related to hardware, software, and SaaS tools.
  • Lead the integration of IT stacks from newly acquired companies into a centralized ecosystem, ensuring compatibility and high standards.
  • Maintain the office IT infrastructure, including networking, conferencing, and access control systems.
  • Manage hardware and software onboarding and offboarding for Spooners, ensuring devices and accounts are correctly set up.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for live events, handling setup and real-time troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Strong reasoning ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
  • Ambition and drive to excel in your IT & Network Engineering career.
  • Team spirit, with a willingness to support your colleagues and contribute to team success.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Entry-level experience in IT support or related fields is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IT infrastructure management.
