Join Hexa as an Intern and immerse yourself in the world of startups! As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to build the next generation of startups alongside experienced entrepreneurs. Hexa, which began as eFounders in 2011, has established itself as a leading startup studio, helping to create over 40 companies with a combined valuation of $4.5 billion. In this Internship at Hexa, you won't just fetch coffee; you'll actively shape companies from day one.

What You'll Do

• Support the Scale Team as a VC Analyst by identifying and evaluating growth opportunities across Hexa's portfolio.
• Join the Sprint Team to conduct market analyses and engage hands-on in the early stages of startup creation.
• Contribute to the Talent Team by managing the full sourcing stack and influencing how we recruit founders and early employees.
• Work with the Studio Team on go-to-market strategies and business development for newly launched startups.
• Become a Business Associate in one of Hexa's freshly launched startups, contributing to sales, operations, and strategy.

Requirements

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and testing new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity to foster relationships and ask insightful questions.
• A genuine interest in startups, technology, and creating impactful solutions.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with market analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of business development strategies.
