Infrastructure Project Supervisor - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Supervisor to oversee and design infrastructure projects at Universidad Anáhuac. This remote opportunity allows you to manage both interior and exterior projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
What You'll Do
- Supervise the execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Create detailed plans, 3D models, and renders for new projects.
- Develop work generators for volume calculations and prepare project catalogs.
- Integrate unit files for construction projects and produce physical progress reports, including photographic documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in project administration, preferably in real estate.
- Intermediate English proficiency is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and advanced Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in remodeling and construction.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in construction.
