What You'll Do
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems in a high-stress environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Mechanical Lead and Supervisor to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Uphold safety policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to personal and team safety.
- Perform maintenance on production and auxiliary support equipment with a craftsman-like approach.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve various mechanical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Preferred: Two years of journeyman experience or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs and CMMS systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience operating mobile equipment, including overhead cranes.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, MasterCam, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems.
