HVAC Technician - Villa Maintenance (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our guests by ensuring that all HVAC systems are functioning optimally. This position is essential for the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities, and you will be responsible for managing service calls and completing work orders efficiently to meet resort standards. This HVAC Technician role offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful environment while contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure longevity and proper usage.
• Handle service calls and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues effectively.
• Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner, adhering to resort standards.
• Assist with light plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Minimum of two years of refrigeration maintenance experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice to Have

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
• Certifications related to HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of building automation systems.
