Human Resources Administrative Assistant - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist with employee onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and supporting orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Prepare termination paperwork in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HRIS data entry to ensure up-to-date employee information.
- Plan and coordinate employee morale and engagement events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous administrative experience required, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Six months to one year of HR experience required; equivalent HR internship experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment documentation.
- Experience supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
