About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with employee onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and supporting orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Prepare termination paperwork in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HRIS data entry to ensure up-to-date employee information.
  • Plan and coordinate employee morale and engagement events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with special projects and other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience required, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Six months to one year of HR experience required; equivalent HR internship experience may be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment documentation.
  • Experience supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
