HRIS Administrator - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Administrator to join our team remotely at Grow Counseling. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing high-level administrative support to ensure that our company leaders can efficiently accomplish key tasks and initiatives. As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate employee records and job data, which is essential for the smooth operation of our HR processes.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate employee records and job data within the HRIS system.
- Administer user access and security roles to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform routine audits for data accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll and benefits data flow to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage HR ticketing systems and shared inboxes for efficient communication.
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Support HRIS components of onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate the resolution of HRIS issues across teams to enhance system functionality.
- Assist with benefits implementation tasks to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance HRIS efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience administering an HRIS platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to support non-technical users.
- Self-motivated with a positive work ethic and the ability to educate and train staff members.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Certifications in HR or HRIS administration.
