HR Payroll Expert - Remote Opportunities Available

As an HR Payroll Expert, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in payroll management.

What You'll Do

• Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Liaise with payroll providers and labor consultants for pension, healthcare, and tax benefits.
• Support the Finance Area in payroll reconciliations and account balancing.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting personnel costs in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract updates, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and dashboards to support workforce planning.
• Contribute to the optimization and maintenance of the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Payroll Expert or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HRIS systems.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CCNL Industria Chimica–Chimico Farmaceutica.
• Knowledge of fiscal and social security aspects for inpatriates.
• Experience in a research institute or payroll services provider.
• Working experience with SAP.
