About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Faurecia. This HR Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead HR initiatives while collaborating closely with line managers. You will play a crucial role in addressing HR issues, developing recruitment strategies, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with line managers and provide HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Address HR issues including employee relations, dispute settlement, and transfers.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Drive sustainable improvements in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Deploy global talent review processes to identify and calibrate high potentials.
  • Conduct regular salary reviews and career succession planning within the organization.
  • Implement Faurecia University global programs for talent development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5 years of experience in HR preferred.
  • Intermediate English and business-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Understanding of HR controlling, budgeting, and Japanese labor law is a strong plus.
  • Experience in employee relations and dispute settlement.
  • Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience with HC/LC controlling.
