HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing leave administration, ensuring compliance with ADA regulations, and providing support for employees navigating their leave options. As an HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst, you will work closely with various departments to facilitate a smooth process for employees while ensuring that company policies are adhered to.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with FMLA and ADA regulations.
- Coordinate accommodation requests and collaborate with employees and management to identify suitable solutions.
- Utilize HRIS and Workday systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis of leave trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding their leave options and accommodations.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to identify patterns and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to enhance leave administration processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to leave and accommodation requests.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to improve team capabilities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in leave administration and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Experience in a SaaS or cloud environment.
