About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team remotely. What You'll Do

  • Help with daily office operations, including supplies management, filing, and coordination.
  • Maintain organized document filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms for various discussions.
  • Support internal communications and correspondence to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle employee and company information with strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Little or no prior experience required; internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • A professional attitude, reliability, and discretion are necessary.
