About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.

- Conduct performance management processes and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate employee records.
- Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Provide training and support on HR policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
Nice to Have
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with payroll systems.
