Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in the UK and Ireland.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk).
  • CIPD HR Certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
