Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in the UK and Ireland.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk).
- CIPD HR Certification is a plus.
