What You'll Do

- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Slack to streamline HR processes and communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UK and Ireland.
- Provide analytical support to HR initiatives, using data to drive decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in the UK and Ireland.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk).
- CIPD HR certification or equivalent is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal support or corporate law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with employee records management.
