About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our client, a well-established production company based in Dubai. This HR Director role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the HR function while enjoying relocation support. As an HR Director, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead all HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, and HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, Wage Protection System (WPS), and free zone requirements.
  • Drive Emiratisation initiatives in line with government targets and internal KPIs.
  • Partner with operations leadership to reduce turnover, improve engagement, and enhance productivity.
  • Manage visa processing, residency sponsorship, and onboarding for a diverse, multi-national workforce.
  • Oversee HR budgeting, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director, Head of HR, or equivalent).
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments in UAE or GCC.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE processes, and visa sponsorship.
  • Strong track record in building HR infrastructure, leading teams, and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a distinct advantage.

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of international HR practices.
  • Experience in change management.
