About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at GenTa International, specializing in Human Resources Outsourcing. This HR Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while supporting our operations in Saudi Arabia. You will play a vital role in managing the HR lifecycle for our clients, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and immigration regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all administrative HR tasks and serve as the main point of contact for clients and employees.
  • Handle visa-related processes including applications, renewals, and cancellations for residency visas.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to ensure timely completion of HR tasks.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting employment contracts and termination letters.
  • Maintain HR software and ensure accurate payroll processing through Mudad.
  • Store and manage consultant-related documents according to official naming conventions.
  • Proactively address potential issues and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and consultants, demonstrating professionalism and competence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of international labor laws.
