About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our people strategies and enhancing employee engagement across the organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and support our business objectives.

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and project management.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail or hospitality industries.
  • Familiarity with Windows and MAC administration.
  • Knowledge of organizational development and change management.
