About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our employee relations strategy and ensuring compliance with employment laws. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Analyze employee feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate training sessions for managers on effective employee relations practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their concerns and providing support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in HRIS and employee management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in a healthcare or similar industry.
  • Familiarity with UKG or similar HR software.
