About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our employee relations strategy and ensuring compliance with employment laws. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with various departments to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance issues, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.
- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Analyze employee feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions for managers on effective employee relations practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their concerns and providing support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion.
- Experience in conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in HRIS and employee management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in a healthcare or similar industry.
- Familiarity with UKG or similar HR software.
