About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Employee Relations Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our employee relations strategy, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with management and employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement HR initiatives that support our organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee grievances effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
- Provide training and support to managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
Nice to Have
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare or similar industry.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
