- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with HR programs.
- Encourage and support candidates from diverse backgrounds, including veterans, to apply for available positions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with medical coding and knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS is a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
