  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with HR programs.
  • Encourage and support candidates from diverse backgrounds, including veterans, to apply for available positions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with medical coding and knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS is a plus.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
