Head of Group Distribution - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Group Distribution remote to join Acenda, a leader in the insurance industry. This newly created position will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and is pivotal for driving our Group Insurance business forward. As a part of the global Nippon Life Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our capabilities and ensuring that our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives to create long-term value in our Group channel.
• Identify new growth opportunities and nurture relationships with business prospects.
• Drive strategic decisions on market participation within the Group Insurance sector.
• Coordinate new tender activity efficiently in collaboration with the General Manager, Group Partnerships.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture while driving outcomes as part of a specialized team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the Group Insurance landscape, including corporate and superfunds.
• Strong knowledge of business development, tender management, and product propositions.
• Proven track record of driving growth and delivering value in the Group channel.
• Ability to set up operational frameworks and processes effectively.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
