Head of Dealing - Crypto Exchange in Dubai

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Head of Dealing to join our rapidly expanding crypto exchange in Dubai. This Head of Dealing remote position offers an exciting opportunity to manage daily execution activities and ensure stable, efficient trading operations. As part of a well-backed exchange environment, you will play a key role in maintaining market stability, execution quality, and liquidity performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily execution activity across the exchange, ensuring efficient trading operations.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to coordinate liquidity and enhance execution quality.
• Manage market performance across all trading pairs, ensuring optimal trading conditions.
• Utilize trading dashboards and execution tools to monitor and improve trading activities.
• Work with market makers and liquidity providers to enhance market structure and liquidity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a dealing, execution, or trading operations role within a crypto exchange.
• Strong understanding of order books, matching engines, liquidity, and market structure.
• Experience working with market makers and liquidity providers is preferred.
• Proficient in using trading dashboards, execution tools, and market data platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage live trading environments.
• Professional communication skills to collaborate with tech, risk, and leadership teams.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the crypto space.
