Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market opportunities and risks.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and client management.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in business.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within business development.
