About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to join a large healthcare group, focusing on innovation and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to lead AI initiatives across a multi-site healthcare network, driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and developing new AI-enabled services. As the Head of Artificial Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Vietnam.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business growth and clinical quality.
  • Identify and launch AI-enabled business initiatives, enhancing patient engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for AI-powered services.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and commercialization opportunities for AI platforms.
  • Lead the development of a secure, scalable healthcare data and AI platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure data governance and infrastructure readiness for AI deployment.
  • Drive AI applications across the revenue cycle, optimizing processes such as claims analytics and fraud detection.
  • Build and lead a high-performing AI function, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering AI solutions in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience in commercializing AI-enabled products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes.
