You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that every guest's experience is memorable and enjoyable.

What You'll Do

• Answer phone calls and greet guests in a prompt and professional manner.
• Check voicemails, online communication, and emails throughout the day.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with guests and homeowners.
• Familiarize yourself with reservation availability, guest profiles, and booking procedures.
• Assist guests in reserving local recreational activities and provide information about property-specific amenities.
• Create work orders for maintenance and housekeeping departments based on guest requests.
• Inspect properties before guest arrivals and after departures to uphold company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles and assist in transporting packages as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a self-starter attitude.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
