Groundskeeper - Full Time Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team at Integrity Asset Management. As a Groundskeeper remote, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the grounds of our properties and ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and safe for residents and guests. This position is essential for creating great living experiences, and you will be expected to uphold our company values while performing your duties.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the grounds by planting shrubs, trees, and flowers; pruning trees and shrubs as necessary.
• Remove debris, rake leaves, and mow lawns to keep the property clean and presentable.
• Water trees, shrubs, and lawns, and perform irrigation activities to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Operate large power lawn mowers, edging equipment, and hand tools associated with grounds maintenance.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools as required.
• Assist in the maintenance of parking lots and surfaces, including asphalt repairs and minor masonry work.
• Ensure personal protective equipment is maintained and used at all times while performing work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any resident inquiries or issues to the Investment Manager.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of grounds maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment, tools, and procedures for grounds construction and care.
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance and construction equipment safely.
• Must be able to lift and carry weights under 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance are necessary for travel between properties.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides used in grounds care.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in grounds maintenance.
