What You'll Do

• Intake new cases and verify information to ensure accuracy.
• Draft cases by entering information into the system efficiently.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with Federal NSA regulations in all communications.
• Assign and schedule new cases to physicians as required.
• Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines effectively.
• Update clients on cases in progress, maintaining excellent communication.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and manage time efficiently.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
• Skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation are a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
• Computer literacy and typing skills are required.
• Customer focus and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
