About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Americas Distribution Partner Development to join Omnissa, a pioneering leader in the digital work platform space. This remote position offers you the opportunity to lead distributor partners and drive significant revenue growth across North America. As the Director, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our partner organization and implementing strategies that align with our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead distributor partners to drive revenue growth and achieve partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Manage executive relationships with North America distributors, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Implement effective strategies for recruiting and activating partners to expand our distribution network.
  • Drive new revenue from Distribution-Owned Channel partners through innovative initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the Value-Added Distributor (VAD) program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and execution.
  • Direct quarterly business reviews to assess distributor performance and strategize improvements.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for distributors globally.
  • Drive continuous improvements in distribution processes across various functions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify system requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in distribution and channel sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting partner-sourced revenue targets and driving growth.
  • Extensive experience in developing and nurturing partner relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in building and managing distribution channels effectively.
  • Strong operational and analytical capabilities to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Experience with ecosystem vendors and alliances is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; an MBA is highly desired.
  • Willingness to travel 10% to 40% as required.
