About the Role

We are seeking a Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will implement robust identity and access management strategies to protect our organization’s digital assets. As a Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst remote, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure secure access to resources.

What You'll Do

  • Provide subject matter expertise on identity solutions, IAM applications, and privileged account management.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing policies related to identity and access management.
  • Participate in audits and enhance access management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop IAM metrics and reports for upper management.
  • Lead IAM projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines.
  • Administer user accounts and access privileges within the identity management system.
  • Work effectively with team members to integrate IAM solutions into the infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • 11+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Experience with Access Management tools such as Microsoft Azure, Okta, or Oracle.
  • Proficient in implementing IAM technologies to safeguard digital assets.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs for IAM activities.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts related to IAM.
  • Excellent communication and project administration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Knowledge of IAM governance processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in designing privileged access management solutions.
