About the Role

Join TRM Labs as a Full Stack Software Engineer and help us build a safer world through blockchain intelligence. This Full Stack Software Engineer remote position is an opportunity to work on critical challenges, including human trafficking and financial fraud, while developing scalable software solutions for our diverse customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement reliable and scalable software solutions that will be utilized by TRM customers.
  • Develop and maintain public APIs as part of our API Product suite.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform functional visions into actionable roadmaps.
  • Support internal business units through shared engineering services.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to empower organizational missions from end to end.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.
  • Familiarity with storage systems such as relational databases (e.g., Postgres).
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Strong initiative and ownership, with adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Node.js (not mandatory, but beneficial).
  • Background in project management or agile methodologies.
  • Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
