About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative AgTech platform team. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in developing software that enhances agricultural operations through intelligent data systems and AI-driven tools. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where your contributions will directly impact the product and the company.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain production software and experimental prototypes.
  • Develop and operate ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Collaborate in technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
  • Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Assess UI/UX designs for technical feasibility and implementation approach.
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, tooling improvements, and development practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong data pipeline experience.
  • Solid proficiency in C# and the modern .NET / .NET Core ecosystem.
  • Deep working knowledge of Entity Framework Core.
  • Experience building and testing APIs and services (xUnit, Postman, or similar).
  • Comfort working in agile delivery environments (Azure DevOps or equivalent).
  • Strong version control practices using Git.
  • A disciplined approach to writing clean, maintainable, readable code.
  • Experience taking products from early concept through production release.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs such as GPT.

Nice to Have

  • Python development experience.
  • React Native or mobile-focused front-end work.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, CSS, Node.js.
  • Microservices-based system design.
  • Application caching using Redis.
  • Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
