About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team for an exciting project focused on legacy IT application modernization. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in rewriting applications using current, supported technologies to ensure compliance and operational support for business functions. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be onsite in Lansing, MI, two days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and business analysts to create seamless application experiences.
  • Ensure clean code practices, proper architecture patterns, and adherence to development standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and DevOps deployment processes.
  • Work on API development and server-side logic using .NET C#.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET C#, including building APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL Server.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies.
