About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Freelancer Instructor in Design Thinking to join our innovative team. This remote position allows you to teach and inspire students from anywhere in the world. As a Freelancer Instructor in Design Thinking remote, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education that enhances qualifications and improves career prospects for our learners.

What You'll Do

• Independently prepare and execute courses in Design Thinking, ensuring a flexible learning experience for students.
• Convey scientifically based knowledge with high practical relevance, adhering to our dual study program's teaching concept.
• Provide rapid communication and individual support for students regarding their course content.
• Utilize your extensive professional experience, including at least three years of relevant practical experience outside of academia.
• Demonstrate pedagogical suitability and didactic qualification, ideally through experience in academic teaching.
• Foster a positive learning environment and enjoy working with students to enhance their educational journey.
• Adapt quickly to new digital systems, applications, and processes to facilitate effective learning.
• Collaborate as a team player, offering help and accepting support when needed.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant practical experience in Design Thinking or related fields.
• Pedagogical qualifications and experience in academic teaching are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with students.
• Ability to work in a digital environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Creative and conceptual thinking skills to enhance course delivery.

Nice to Have

• Experience in online teaching or remote education.
• Familiarity with various digital tools and platforms for education.
• Previous experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
