• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey by providing guidance and communication in Swedish.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to refine and enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential for this Freelance Recruiter position.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with social media and job boards to source candidates.
• No prior experience needed, but enthusiasm for recruitment is essential.
