About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Interview Host to join our dynamic team at M3USA. This Freelance Interview Host - Remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world while facilitating important market research interviews. You will play a crucial role in helping our Market Research Project Management team ensure that projects are completed successfully and on time, meeting client expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate online interviews for market research studies, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during interviews.
  • Prepare respondents for interviews and ensure their timely participation.
  • Support moderator and interpreter training sessions to enhance the quality of interviews.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions to improve future processes.
  • Communicate effectively with the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team to stay updated on product features and enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with participants and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in either German or Japanese is required for this Freelance Interview Host - Remote role.
  • Experience with qualitative online platforms is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
