• Help clients build committed, long-term teams by matching them with the right individuals.
• Work independently while collaborating with our team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting, preferably within the yachting or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A background in team building or hiring onboard is highly desirable.
