Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching or facilitating design thinking workshops.
• Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and their application in various contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, or digital product design.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and technologies.
• Creative writing skills for developing instructional materials.
